Streaming random work

I'm currently streaming some random work. First I'll be doing some minor spritework, then maybe some sound or music.

EDIT: Aaand the stream is over. Went on for about 7-8 hours -__-

  2. Missed it, but this is amazing from what I'm seeing in the past broadcast tab. I think possibly the most interesting part was how you made the sound effects. I know little to nothing in that department, so I got to learn a bit.

Looks really atmospheric and just spooky. Definitely up a notch than the other two games and your other concepts.

    Thanks for streaming.

  4. Ah! I can't find the saved video of the whole stream, just the first hour. This is a tragedy good sir, a tragedy!

  5. Due to time zones I wasn't able to watch the whole thing live, sadly.

And since google is determined to buy every popular site and make it worse than it was before, twitch now only saves the first hour. It cuts off right as you get started on the characters :(
Fortunately the delicious gameplay just barely made it into the highlights video!

Also kind of unrelated, would you mind telling us how you use your tablet to act as a mouse on the pc? I'm thinking of getting a tablet for drawing stuff in game maker, and I'd like to know what I need to look for.

    1. Well yeah,, I also watched Kyrierus livestream at 1 o' clock in the Morning. I wish I could have chatted more but I got tired. I disconnected after the first half an Hour. Oh well, at least kyrieru gave me sympatic responses ;)

    2. Tablets do that by default, no extra work required.

Also, the whole stream was recorded, I just decided to delete it. I felt that the spriting in the beginning was the most helpful to watch out of context, and since I was working fast at the time.

    3. Any chance you have the whole thing saved somewhere? I was looking forward to going back and re-watching you spriting those characters and such D: .

    4. Yeah, I'd be interested in the full stream, too. I only saw the stream for like the last half hour. :(

Just wanted to pop in and say thanks again for the stream.

Had a pretty good time watching stuff happen, chatting with people, checking out the teaser for how the game was running at the moment and all those [REDACTED] until life kicked in.

And the current unnamed game project is looking pretty awesome at the moment.

  7. Ah, I wish I could have watched for longer...though I did get to see some of your work laying out the background tiles, and that's given me ideas for simplifying my own projects in the future.

Good luck on this game, I'm really liking the appearance!

  10. You were a nice host Kyrieru, was a pleasure watching you stream and I hope you do it more often!

I check your blog daily for updates, perhaps a bit too excited for your new game ^^;' I wonder how many hits a poll would get regarding how often people check your blog.

  11. Word of advice for streaming to people that lurk your blog, post the spot you'll stream at and tell them at least a day in advance, less complaints and more people supporting you. :)

    1. Agreeing with this. I checked your blog when I only had a few minutes to spare and got to watch a bit of it, but if I'd known it was happening I would have made time to watch more. You do good work.

    1. If the game is anything like Kurovadis, it will be of no importance. Draw your own conclusions.
