Done streaming

Well then, that was...exhausting..

For some reason there's something about streaming that makes doing pixel art a bit more difficult. Mostly because you feel obligated to do something interesting, rather than make corrections for an hour -__-

I may do more, but certainly not on a weekly basis. Takes a lot out of you to draw for four hours straight with an audience. Perhaps I'll just have the streaming window somewhere on the main page, and do it whenever I feel like it.

Anyhow, thanks to those of you who tuned in. It was fun.

    1. A live transmission video. Kyrieru did one on twitch.tv today. You can check the recorded video if you missed it

    2. Where's the video? I missed the stream, sadly. :(
I'm working on my own game right now, and the amount of detail kyrieru fits into such small spaces is pretty amazing. I was so surprised at how small his sprites actually are. I thought they were like 30% larger than their actual size!

I'd love to watch a livestream of him working, but a video would be great, too.

Thanks to kyrieru for some fantastic artwork. Your pixel technique is great, and you know how to draw adorable girls, hahah!

  3. When I am faced with what I fear is a long correction and fine-tuning process during my streams, I often just throw up a TODO note for myself and move on to something more interesting, but still productive.

After the stream, you can spend all the time you like with it. :3

  4. I missed it, but if it makes work more difficult, I rather you didn't do them. Working at your own pace and being able to focus freely is more important to me. It's nice that you tried it though. I'll maybe check in if you decide to do it again.

  5. Sucks I missed the stream, but I have watched the video, and it was informative, so thank you. I hope, if you do another, you do some low-res sprites, like Eroico. I can't seem to understand how the heck that works.

    1. Not all games need to be Nintendo-easy. Challenge yourself once in a while, even in recreation.

  7. They aren't that hard. Eroico was the worst though. The location of the save points, my gosh... And where is the next update? Need food!!

  8. Missed the stream :( Just finished your 2 games K. They were extremly frustrating and fun at the same time, eroico was step in right direction in terms of H. With gallery and CG. Will be looking forward for next realeses - so glad you increased size of sprites btw :3
